If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return for a refund within 7 days.

Returned items must be in original brand-new condition, with original tags still attached.

Krojay reserves the right to refuse any return request that does not meet the above criteria. Please note that the customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the item.

Krojay.com will not accept returns if there is evidence that your purchase has been worn outdoors. Please try on sneakers on a carpeted surface to ensure fit. We will gladly provide a refund if you are not satisfied.

The original shoebox/packaging and all accessories must be returned with your purchase. If item includes security tag, it must not be cut or tampered with in any way to be eligible for return. Please pack sneakers, shoebox, and all accessories inside original shipping box. Returns without the original shoebox, using the shoebox as a shipping box, or missing accessories will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Charges: You are responsible for all return shipping charges. If you believe an error was made with your order, please contact Customer Service.

SHIPPING YOUR RETURN

Your return must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt of item. We strongly advise you to ship your return back to Krojay via a trackable delivery service ( i.e. UPS, Fedex or USPS ) as Krojay is not liable for the package until we have confirmed receipt.
